1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if:
- The product received is damaged
- Wrong item was delivered
- Size issue (subject to stock availability)
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.
